 2000 iam2m trees will be planted along the City's streets and in special Millennium Groves in public gathering places and on Santa Monica public school campuses.Special iam2m tags will identify the new iam2m trees. Clusters of iam2m trees located in designed, landscaped public areas represent the City's commitment to the environment, sustainability and the community forest of the future. In addition, 2000 iam2m seedlings will be given away to Santa Monica residents at the Santa Monica Festival in April 2000.
