starts its operation in Brazil

Latin eVentures
announced today the beginning of its operations in Brazil. Officially
formed in June this year and headquartered in California, the
companys mission is to explore business-to-business e-commerce
in Latin America.
This very
week, another company focused on business-to-business online transactions,
TradeOut, also is launching in Brazil. TradeOut is also headquartered
in the United States.
The objective
of both companies is to integrate corporate supply chains, thereby
reducing costs and making processes more efficient. The revenue
comes from serving as intermediary between buyers and sellers.
Latin eVentures
created eAquiB2B as a service that will offer real time access
to the hardware and software product inventories of Ingram Micro.
Ingram Micro is an IT products and services distributor that has
partnered with Latin eVentures. Latin eVentures CEO, Cenmar
Fuertes, is a former executive from Ingram Micro.
Marco Antônio
Rossi will oversee Latin eVentures Brazilian operations.
Marco also comes form the IT distribution arena. His prior experience
included working at CHS and serving as founder of Via Brasil Distribuidora.
