Latin eVentures Launches Business-to-Business E-Commerce Solution in Brazil

    SAO PAULO, Brazil, and IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Latin
eVentures Ltd., a recently formed electronic commerce holding company,
announced today it has launched the first business-to-business electronic
commerce solution in Brazil.  The electronic commerce tool, eAQUIB2B, will
provide large Brazilian corporations with real-time online access to the

    Through eAQUIB2B, corporate executives now have immediate online access to
more than 40 product lines and 10,000 SKUs (stock keeping units) of the
leading brand names in the computer industry, including Apple, 3Com, Compaq,
IBM, Novell, Sony, Microsoft and hundreds more.  These product lines give
customers access to the vast majority of all IT products available in Brazil.

    Real-Time Inventory and Technical Information
    Together with Ingram Micro, Latin eVentures is pioneering the first
implementation of Ingram Micro's InsideLine technology in Latin America.
InsideLine is an innovative technology that enables Latin eVentures customers'
with real-time inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment via secure Internet
data exchange on thousands of IT products.
