EXPO intends to take advantage of the Internet and new technologies to provide unique interactive and multimedia content. EXPO will establish a Web site (www.exponetworks.com) which will be a source of marketing income and data, a valuable resource for anyone interested in the worlds of the visual arts and design, advertisers, manufacturers and viewers, as well as a venue to promote viewership of the network. It will also serve as a valuable point of purchase for the sale of related merchandise.

The Company's Web site will use the latest video and audio streaming technologies to provide Internet content that compliments and cross-promotes its on-air programming. EXPO's programming will also be developed with interactivity in mind to allow viewer input and participation through the Web site. Thus, EXPO will be well positioned for the day when television becomes a two-way medium in all households.

The Company will develop a broad based e-commerce element that will include partnering with a number of on-line retailers offering the goods and services that will match our viewers interests.
