He has held many executive level positions at some of the world's most prestigious entertainment companies, including vice president, business development for USA Networks International and senior vice president, sales and business development for Metro Goldwyn Mayer/United Artists (MGM/UA) Telecommunications Group.

Guy Robert Petty, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Petty has over 10 years of experience in finance, business development and the international television and cable industries. Most recently, he worked as vice president, sales for Asia, Latin America and the U.S. for Alliance Atlantis and vice president, sales and business development for MGM/UA. Previously, he served as financial analyst and senior accountant at Continental Cablevision (Media One) and accountant at Cooke Cablevision.

Beth Bornhurst, Chief Operating Officer
